Welcome, and thank you for taking the time to check out my site. What would you like to know about me? If you can't find the answer below, please call or email me. Why do I do, what I do? My husband of 19 years and I wanted to purchase a home, and nobody explained anything to us. The agents showed us 2 - 5 homes and if we didn't like any - they disappeared into thin air. When we finally liked a house, we received a 20 page contract with the order to "initial all the pages on the bottom and then sign here!" Again no guidance not explanations, no strategy no nothing. So I thought "I can do better than that!" The average person buys and sells about 3 homes in their lifetime. You should not have to be an expert or speak the lingo - that's what I am here for. But you should get all the necessary information to make informed decisions. My goal is to give you all the information you need to feel comfortable, and on top of your transaction. I will discuss pricing strategies with you and what would work best for the current market conditions. I sold engines and gears, steel, aluminum, specialty glasses like fiber optics, chemical plants out of glass and so on. Was a marketing manager for 7 years and even taught scuba diving for a little while. So yes, I can negotiate and I am well versed with the different personality types. Have been selling real estate since 2003 on Oahu Hawaii and took a break when we moved to San Diego. Got my social media marketing strategist certification and worked in that field for a little while to be able to better market for my Buyers and Sellers. Why should you work with me? I don't believe in boxes. Every person is an individual with individual wants and needs. Every sale and purchase is different and needs to be treated as such. So I analyze your goals first and then create a strategy to get your there. Sounds too analytical for your? Think about it; most Realtors ask you how many bedrooms and bathrooms and show you a bunch of homes, or just list your house because you said you wanted to sell. Does anybody ever ask where you want to be in 5 or 10 years? Do your actions today actually get you where you want to be down the road? Real Estate is a great way to build emotional and monetary wealth, so why not think a little long term? What do I do when I don't do what I do? Playing Golf - not good - but still like to mosey around the course. Love to travel and scuba dive. Take my two little dogs to the beach or hiking. Read - thank God for Amazon online. And one day I'll learn to play the piano and not just look at it standing there in my office. Love all different kind of food, music, and people. Hang out with my friends and Skype with my friends at home.
