About Pat

As a San Diego resident since 1979, I am very fortunate to live in a place I call 'paradise'.  The weather is ideal, with an average high of 70 degrees, and low of only 58 degrees.  We have endless opportunities to be outside and enjoy many wonderful activities that this southwestern corner of California has to offer. 
     Bordered by Mexico, the Pacific Ocean, the Anza Borrego Desert and the Laguna Mountains, there is something for everyone - from a wide variety of beaches, surf spots, golf courses and bike trails, to the famous San Diego Zoo, Sea World LegoLand and our home town teams, the San Diego Padres and the professional soccer team, San Diego Sockers.     
     I see my primary role as, and receive no greater satisfaction than, helping my clients and their families to realize their real estate dream and the San Diego lifestyle, be it in a new primary residence or by way of a successful investment.  Having received my real estate license in November of 1990 and being a full time, full service REALTOR® with Century 21 ever since, I have negotiated for buyers and sellers throughout our county, for clients locally and many others in other parts of the country.    
     The business has changed in many ways over the years, with technology driving a large part of the change.  Communication with you is a top priority. My primary goal is to adjust to the varying needs and comfort levels of each client, be it through email, text, phone, fax or face-to-face.  Having received the ePRO Certification in 2002 and renewed recently, I am committed to being responsive to the constant technology changes and variety in our changing market place.     Continuing education is essential to keep up with not only technological growth, but also the constant change in regulation and legislation in order to be the voice of private property rights.  My active participation in the Pacific Southwest Association of Realtors (PSAR) provides a great forum for just that. 
     Since 2000, I have served on the Board of Directors in various capacities:  Director 2000-01 and 2003-04, Vice President 2002 Secretary 2005,Vice- President 2006, Secretary 2007,President-Elect 2008 and President in 2009.  I have been a member of the Government Political Affairs Committee, Education Committee (serving as chair or co-chair 4 years) and Budget and Finance Committee.  In short, there is no shortcut to experience. Completing a transaction that will exceed expectations is always the goal.  
     There is a distinction between a real estate agent licensee and a REALTOR®, who is held to a higher standard by virtue of the Code of Ethics.  You may be a first time buyer or have taken part in several 1031 Exchanges but you can be assured you will receive professional service working with me and my team.  The Quality Service Award is more important to me than any of the production awards I have earned.  Call or send an email and let me show you how I can fulfill your real estate needs.
