Getting YOU.....Where YOU Need to Be!

I began my real estate career in real estate with McMillin Realty in 2004. I now work with Century 21 Award, the #4 office in the wordlwide Century 21 system. I was able to survive the significant market decline that began in 2008 and to  rise to the Top Selling Agent Companywide in 2015 & 2016.    

A native of San Diego, I grew up in East County and graduated as 1983's valedictorian at Christian High in 1983. I later attended San Diego Christian College and San Diego State University where I am proud to have graduated with top honors and a bachelor of science in education and multicultural education.

I enjoy being actively involved in my South San Diego and Imperial Beach communities, where I have lived, worked, and served since 1995.  Because of my focus in my local area,  I have risen to be the #1 Real Estate Sales agent since 2015 in the Otay Mesa/Nestor area (92154).  

As a single mother, I actively participated in the South Bay schools where I raised my four boys who attended the VIP Village Preschool, Sunnyslope, Emory, and Nestor Elementary Schools, Mar Vista Middle, & Mar Vista High and High Tech High. My boys and I have also been actively involved in both Ocean View Community and Canyon Community Church where we have worked with the youth, and enjoyed singing and playing the keyboard in a church worship band.

I speak fluent Spanish, and I am certified as a Distressed Property Specialist. I work enthusiastically to negotiate and to represent the unique preferences of each of the buying and selling needs of my clients. I love my work as a REALTOR^® and I face each challenge head on in order to fully service my clients with honesty and integrity, resulting in very satisfied customers! I genuinely care for the peopele I work with and welcome the opportunity not only to earn your trust as your agent…but in the end to also leave as a friend.
