Education and Associations I earned my Bachelor of Arts degree at Boston College in 1983. In 1989 I became a licensed Realtor in California and have been a licensed Real Estate Broker since 1999. I have been a member of the National Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors and the San Diego Association of Realtors since 1989. Experience and Background Information Since 1989 I have focused on selling and managing residential and commerical real estate throughout Southern California. I have represented buyers, sellers and landlords in San Diego, Orange and Riverside Counties and continue to serve my clients wherever their real estate needs may lead them. I have a lot of experience representing my clients due to the large number of individual transactions I have been involved in since 1989. Because of my high level of personal integrity and my commitment to client service first and foremost, my peers have recognized my sales achievements throughout my career with local and national awards reserved only for top producing real estate agents. A Little Bit About Me My wife Susan and I live in the community of Carlsbad with our sons Leonardo and Giovanni. Susan is the Owner/Broker of a highly successful mortgage company called Pacific Land & Capital Investments, Inc. Our free time is spent with our sons and we enjoy traveling to Palm Springs whenever we have the opportunity to do so.
