Helped many families successfully through a California real estate transaction specializing in marketing, preparing the home for listing, extensive contract negotiations for buyers and sellers, relocation and short sales. In addition to working in San Diego County, I have been a local resident and homeowner and investor for more than 20 years. I also have experience working with private investors, including locating the best rental areas to marketing your investment property and referring your out of state property to a highly skilled agent.
