I am a longtime (50+ years) San Diego resident and a successful and award winning businessman.  I believe that there is no better place on earth. After many recent years in Sales Management positions in the Golf Industry, I made the decision to curtail my extensive travel schedule managing the US and Canadian markets and root myself back in San Diego. I chose to become a REALTOR in North San Diego County in an effort to help those that are looking to purchase or sell a home in our great city by providing superior service and negotiation skills. I can focus on providing these superior services by choosing to only handle 1-2 transactions at a time thus allowing me to concentrate on my client's needs. I particularly enjoy helping first time home buyers navigate their way through the often frustrating process of qualifying for and ultimately buying their first home. I take great pleasure in seeing their joy when they are moving in and becoming home owners. In addition to assisting and directing home buyers and sellers in the general marketplace I have also taken the additional educational and training to become certified as a Senior Real Estate Specialist and a Military Relocation Specialist. I am committed to assisting our Senior Citizens in making the often emotional and difficult transition of "rightsizing" or making the move out of their family home into assisted living accommodations. I am equally committed to assisting our Military Service men & women who serve our country so that we may remain the land of the free and the home of the brave. I am proficient in accommodating all of the unique needs and requirements that come along when deployed or stationed during your time of service... And after your discharge or retirement. There are a number of favorable assistance programs to support our Military families.
