About Carrie

Carrie Bailey, (formally Carrie Baker) is a native of San Diego County who grew up in the South Bay and has spent most of her adult life in East County. She know resides in Del Cerro. Carrie is married and has two beautiful children Emma and Will, who are twins.

Carrie has over 16 years of real estate experience starting with First American Title Insurance Company. With her experience in marketing, farming, attention to detail, and strong networking techniques, Carrie brings her energy and enthusiasm to the table on each transaction. In addition, she also worked with Market Pointe Realty Advisors, which provides housing market analysis, feasibility studies, litigation support, proposed development databases and real estate databases for builders, developers, lenders, mortgage bankers, and attorneys nationwide, for over three decades.

Carrie’s career began with a team in La Mesa in 2001. In her second year as a real estate professional, she earned the title of “Top Producer” for the team and continued as the “Top Producer” for her third and fourth years. With all of the knowledge and experience she gained from being part of a team, she decided to make the move on her own and create the Baker Real Estate Group at Century 21 Award,
which is now Carrie Bailey & Associates. Carrie Bailey & Associates was established in late 2004 with Carrie as the managing Realtor. Century
21 Award Corporation recognized the team’s success and awarded them with the titles of “Top Team Production,” “Top Team Sales,” and “Top Team Listings year to date for 2004-2008 and 2010-2016”.

In addition to leading a team within Century 21 Award, Carrie provides her real estate services to many attorneys in San Diego County. She understands the needs of consumers going through divorce, bankruptcy, or a death of a loved one. No matter what the situation, Carrie’s experience enables her to handle the concerns of the clientele.

By focusing on providing superior service, Carrie continues to receive referrals from clients, friends, and
family throughout San Diego County.
