Hello there...and welcome to my website! Let me take a moment to tell you a little bit about myself.... I have been married to my wonderful husband, Jerry (LTC Pearce, RET) for the past 19 years. I have three wonderful kids: Brittany, 27 (a recent law school graduate, currently studying for the bar), Taylor, 24 (a church youth minister, recently married & will soon be a dad) and Kyle, 16 (a junior in HS & just got his first job). Prior to real estate, my business background was in the insurance industry (property). Because of my prior experience, I feel I look at homes in an entirely different manner than most agents. For my buyers, I have a more critical eye for the small stuff. I want them to LOVE their new home, and I can offer them the prospective on what house conditions /repairs can be of most concern for new or first time homeowners. For my sellers, I want them to get the most money for their home. I can provide them with the information they need to get their property ready to sell. Fix the imperative now, so it doesn't become a problem down the line during the inspection later. Giving them vendors, some of my most valuable resources to complete those repairs in the most cost effective manner is just a typical service I provide. I believe that the passion I have for my home, my biggest investment, drives me to help others to become homeowners themselves. As in my personal life, my business relationships are handled with nothing but honesty and with the utmost of integrity. As the wife of a retired Army officer, it is my pleasure to serve those who do and have served. As the wife of a veteran, I feel I am more than qualified to understand the military way of life...in and out of the service. I am a certified USAA & Navy Federal Real Estate agent, but I also have an exceptional lender that I have done many VA loans with and closed them in 30 days or less.
