I Never Gave Up on My Passion Career in Real Estate and I'm Still Going!!
Licensed Since 1990, California. I'm Familiar with Orange County, both North and South and North San Diego. Also famiilier with the Inland Empire, Redlands, Mentone, Yucaipa, Oak Glen all the way out to Cabazon and the High Desert. 
Licensed Since 2014 Washington, Familiar with the Columbia River Corridor from Cathlamet to Camas and Oregon from Astoria to Portland and south Oregon Coast from Lincoln City up to Tillamook, Garibaldi, Bay City  up to Astoria.
Previously worked in Education from 1993 to 2015 and Familiar with the Educational Needs of Families and Schools. I worked both careers raising my four boys who are grown now.

My office in the Wells Fargo Building, 5th Floor is available to accommodate whatever hours you are available to meet. Showing homes to buyers is allowed to go into the evening as late as 9 p.m. for vacant properties. Occupied Homes do require a notice to seller, some have pets, small children or caring for elderly, so it’s important to respect all situations.
