About Sam

Accomplished real estate professional with over 27 years of Real Estate experience. Represented major banking institutions, Fannie Mae, Wells Fargo, Bank of America, Ocwen, VA, One West Bank, keystone, Suntrust and REO asset Management Companies etc, to sell distressed properties, work with local Attorneys to market probate sales and a short sales expert since 1992. I worked the most hardest transactions in the industry. Evaluated over 8500 homes during my real estate career, I work with many regular home owners and buyers in the area to sell and purchase properties in the area. Why I am different,  I am proud of my accomplishments to earn the status of one of the top Brokers in the area, I m very creative and think out of the box, I  listed and sold hundreds of homes, have a 100% closing ratio, and can provide that data at any given time. I bring more to the table to benefit my clients, negotiating skills, data base of buyers, investors, a full marketing plan to sell homes for the highest and best value, accurate home evaluations. Am an old school traditional broker with integrity, I understand and know the California real estate contract very well. I utilize the latest technology  to market and follow up with my clients, I use high tech CRMs and platforms to follow up with, (social media, e mail marketing, cold calling, direct mailing, brokers connection to all agents in the area, weekly open houses, brokers preview, websites, landing pages, social media adds, also offer a full staff of buyers agents, TC, account coordinator, marketing manager, my closing skills, my connection with city officials, the Sheriff department, police department, the county planners, the county assessors, city inspectors and the Mayor. I provide solutions. I earned all of this, years in the field working. I am Fully staffed and work with a team of agents and assistance to close transactions, bottom line, I do what i say.
